If you refer a colleague and we successfully place them in a college for at least 20 days, you’ll receive £150 as a thank you.

How to refer
Simply complete the form below with your colleague’s name and contact details, and we’ll reach out to them directly. If they contact us first, just make sure they mention your name to our consultant so we can confirm your reward.

Terms and conditions
  1. Referrers must be registered with Provision Recruitment or an Operam Education subsidiary
  2. Referrals must be submitted through the website form, via email or to your consultant.
  3. Referrals cannot already be registered on the Provision Recruitment or an Operam Education subsidiary database for the previous 2 years.
  4. Referrals must complete 20 full days of paid working for a payment to be made.
  5. Referees must not include any employees of the Operam Education Group.
  6. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have the full consent and acknowledgement of the referee to submit their personal information.
  7. There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made.
  8. The decision of the Operam Education Group is final in all respects and no dispute or correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Operam Education Group does not accept any liability for lost or delayed referral payments. national insurance and tax statement
