Tell a colleague about us, and not only will you help them find a great job, but you’ll also be making a difference in children’s lives. If you refer a qualified teacher and we place them in a school for at least 20 days, you’ll receive £150.

How do I refer a colleague…
If you have a colleague you’d like to refer us to, just complete the form below to let us know their name and contact details and we’ll get in touch with them. Alternatively, if they contact us, make sure they mention your name to our consultant, to ensure you receive your reward.

Here Are a Few Simple Checks to Ensure Your Reward!

  • Referrers must be registered with Provision Recruitment or an Operam Education subsidiary
  • Referrals must be submitted through the website form, via email or to your education consultant.
  • Referrals cannot already be registered on the Provision Recruitment or an Operam Education subsidiary database for the previous 2 years.
  • Referrals must complete 20 full days of paid working for a payment to be made.
  • Referees must not include any employees of the Operam Education Group
  • By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have the full consent and acknowledgement of the referee to submit their personal information.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made.
  • The decision of the Operam Education Group is final in all respects and no dispute or correspondence will be entered into.
  • Operam Education Group does not accept any liability for lost or delayed referral payments, national insurance and tax statement?
