I registered with Provision in September and got a lot of work during the examination period. I enjoyed going into the colleges and helping the exam process operate smoothly. It was good to look forward to each new week in the knowledge that Provision would fix up the most suitable jobs for me.

Working as a lecturer can be quite challenging in some Colleges, you really do need to find a college culture that suits your personality, and the team at Provision really do take the time to get to know you, they have so many contacts in colleges too.  I've had several different placements this year and each one has been 'spot' on, I would never to go to any other agency.

Registering with Provision was relatively easy. They made it clear what documents I needed and what to do if I had forgotten anything. They asked me my preferences at the start and explained everything to me - the timesheets, how I would get paid, my pension, holiday pay etc. It’s been a great service in getting me work that suits my needs – the times I preferred, the distance I asked and the days that fit around my family. The overall service has been very welcoming and friendly.

Since my initial phone call to register with Provision Recruitment I have been 100% satisfied. The registration process was quick but thorough. All staff have been friendly supportive and professional.  They are understanding of my availability. Communication is excellent with bookings confirmed both by text and email. They have confirmed bookings over the weekend, so I have prior warning of the next day’s work. Very happy with the service.
