Technical Skills Coach & Trainer – Plumbing and Gas

We are looking for a Plumbing and Gas coach who is a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher to join our cross-college Windsor team. The successful applicant will be able to teach at all levels. You will be a responsible and confident coach who has the skills to inspire both students and colleagues. You will have an imaginative approach to teaching that generates wonderfully creative lessons to fully engage and inspire your students. The ability to create innovative online learning resources is important as part of this role.

Pay: From £39917 – £42935
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Contract length: Permanent dependant on candidate performance

Qualifications & Experience
– Minimum Level 3 qualification in … or a related field.
– Teaching qualification (DTLLs, PGCE, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
– Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners

Working on a 1.0 FTE basis you will be responsible for successfully managing a caseload of apprentices to provide support and enhance the apprentice/employer experience for our Plumbing L3 and Gas Apprenticeship Programmes.

– Experience in working in Further Education Colleges (preferably with up to date DBS)
