Pastoral and Personal Development Tutor

We are looking for a Pastoral/Personal Development Tutor who is a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher. You will be a responsible and confident teacher who has the skills to inspire both students and colleagues. You will have an imaginative approach to teaching that generates wonderfully creative lessons to fully engage and inspire your students. The ability to create innovative online learning resources is important as part of this role.

Essential Skills:

• Teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

Desirable Skills:

Could the role be temporary to permanent? Yes, depending on candidate performance

Pay: Upwards of £25
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: Approximately 12 weeks, with potential to go permanent depending on candidate performance

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification in a related field – Construction/Building Services – Personal Social Development
• Experience in Teaching
• Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners (preferably with an up-to-date DBS)
